Production Guidelines

Production Time

Normal production time for orders ranges from 10-25 business days for domestic production. Overseas orders usually require a minimum of 30 business days, plus ocean freight of approximately 30 days. Air freight and Rush Service are both available for an additional charge.

Vector Artwork

Artwork must be a vector file and ready to print. The following files are acceptable: .ai, .eps, .svg, and print-ready pdf files. All text must be in vector outline form. Artwork requiring modifications for reproduction purposes will incur additional charges.

Set-up Charges

There is typically a set-up charge for imprinting items with your custom logo or personalization. Charges vary and are listed with the pricing section for each individual product.

Prices

Prices listed are per unit to include quantity discounts, and are valid for 10 days from quote. Pricing reflects a one color imprint in a single location unless otherwise noted. Please call to verify current prices.

Minimums

Prices reflect an order based on the minimum quantities listed. When necessary, please call to find out if less than minimum quantities are available on specific items and to be informed of any additional charges.

Overruns/Underruns

In accordance with factory policies, customers may be billed for a 10% overrun or underrun on factory drop-shipped items.
